The place is very close to everything important which is reachable by walking or tuktuk if u to tired to walk. The house is a little bit up the lake on the hill and it's very peaceful, very well maintained and the owner super lovely and always have an open ear for questions and will help you. The breakfast which he cook for you each morning is very tasty and delicious. The beds are very comfy and the rooms big and clean. Outside you even have a chilling area with couches and a big terasse and garden. It was an amazing stay and we definitely will come again.

The property is run by a wonderful, kind couple. The property is spacious with loads of living space and nice balcony. The owner organised for us to be picked up from the station by tuk tuk free of charge. Breakfast was very good. You can choose English or Sri Lankan option, nice fruit as well as juice & tea/coffee. Location is within walking distance to the centre and all main attractions. The owner is a chef and can cook dinner if requested in advance. Hot water shower was a nice touch as not all places have it in Sri Lanka. Hot water was provided to us for a nice cup of tea at the end of the day.

A large beautiful house with a garden, a good room, a towel, drinking water. The house is quiet and peaceful, good location next to the lake and close to the station and shopping center. The hosts are very nice and make breakfast at a convenient time for the guest. Thank you for your hospitality.

They keep the shared facilities very clean and the beds were comfortable. Hot water was a plus and the WiFi worked well. best homestay that we had in Sri Lanka! It’s peaceful, service is perfect.

The best value for money - clean and spacious rooms, tea and cake on arrival. The staff were incredibly friendly. Hot water was a plus and the WiFi worked well. good stay if you are looking at the center of kandy.
